I decided a small group of kids could do each part and not any one of them would know the whole recipe(this didn't work as they were all peaking in the super secret tent we had built to mask our tecniques). Anyway, Using only the secrets in this manual, they were able to create some extremely tender fall off the bone ribs. I was completely impressed!! I would almost say these ribs were better than any I had ever made (at least the kids would say that). These kids were all ages twelve and thirteen with just about no real cooking experience and they were absolutely successful! Well Jon, I needed to make some ribs for a small get together we were having and decided to try your advice about making them a day ahead of time and grilling them the following day just before guests arrived.
